

Easy Creamy Cajun Inspired Pasta

Ingredients
Pasta of your choice 1 box
Chicken Breast 3 large boneless
Olive Oil 2 TBSP
Butter 2 TBSPs
Garlic Cloves as much as you want (minced)
Heavy Cream 1 Cup
Parmesan Cheese 1 Cup
Chicken Broth ½ cup (To thin out the sauce)
Cajun Seasoning to taste (I prefer Slap Ya Mama)
Salt And Pepper to taste
Bell Peppers (1 red, 1 yellow, sliced or diced)
Add ons
Fresh Parsley (for garnish, Brightens the dish)
Red Pepper Flakes (For extra spice)
Directions
1-Cook the pasta. Boil pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2-Season & cook the chicken. Slice chicken into strips. Season generously with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet and cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
3-Sauté the peppers & garlic. In the same skillet, add butter, bell peppers, and garlic. Cook until softened and fragrant.
4-Build the creamy sauce. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth. Add more broth if you want a thinner sauce.
5-Add chicken back in. Return cooked chicken to the skillet and toss in the sauce.
6-Combine with pasta. Add the cooked pasta and toss until everything is coated in the creamy Cajun sauce.
7-Finish & serve. Taste and adjust seasoning. Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes. Serve warm.
