

Easy Tuscan/Marry Me Chicken Pasta Recipe
Ingredients
4 – medium chicken breasts, diced small
1- tsp Italian seasoning
½ – tsp garlic powder
1- tbsp fresh thyme
To taste – salt & black pepper
2 – tbsp olive oil
Optional – red pepper flakes
2 – tbsp butter
4- cloves garlic, minced (or jarlic)
¾ – cup sun‑dried tomatoes, chopped, julienne, or halved
1- tsp italian seasoning
To taste – Red pepper flakes
2 – cups heavy cream
1- cup chicken broth
1- cup freshly grated parmesan
Handful – fresh basil leaves
1- lb fusilli or rigatoni but you can use any pasta you like
Instructions
- Season & Sear the Chicken. Toss diced chicken with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, thyme, salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes. Heat olive oil in a large skillet and sear chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Build the Sauce Base. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in sun‑dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
- Make It Creamy. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a gentle simmer, then whisk in parmesan until melted and smooth.
- Cook the Pasta. Boil fusilli or rigatoni in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
- Bring It Together. Add chicken back into the sauce. Stir in cooked pasta and splash in pasta water as needed for silkiness.
- Finish & Serve. Top with torn fresh basil, extra Parmesan, and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Serve warm and creamy.
